Pasta Moto has the flexibility and streamlined procedures to operate in a variety of footprints, ranging from 500 square feet (common area seating locations) to as much as 3,000 square feet (self contained seating). We continually seek out good fits for our concept—generally upscale environments that allow us to deliver an authentic Italian experience—and we are currently reviewing opportunities nationwide.

What About Franchising?

While we are not looking to franchise our operations, we are giving operators across the country the opportunity to partner with us in opening Pasta Moto restaurants in given regions.
