Anthony Pirraglia – President
With over 40 years of experience in the food and wine industry, Anthony is the driving force of this organization. His international business connections allow for a multitude of growth opportunities for Pasta Moto. Mr. Pirraglia is the President and founder of both Global International Imports and Tuscan Oven Restaurant Group, with locations in New York, Connecticut and Italy. He is also part of the Executive Board of Gruppo Ristoratori Italiani (GRI), an industry-renown group consisting of the top Italian restaurants in the country. Anthony currently oversees all general business operations and vendor relations.Michael Pirraglia – Vice President, CFO
With an extensive background in corporate finance and business development, Michael adds a high level of business and financial strategy to this team. Mr. Pirraglia was a key part of several restaurant acquisitions and management contracts, as well as managed all feasibility analyses in all new business opportunities for Tuscan Oven Restaurant Group. Michael serves on the board of advisors for several businesses, where he advises on acquisitions, business development and upper level management decisions. Prior to joining Tuscan Oven Restaurant Group, Michael was the Senior Division Controller for SAIC, one of the largest government contractors in the country, with an operational budget exceeding $6 billion. Michael serves on the Board of Directors for the (California Restaurant Association), the largest and longest running state-wide restaurant association in the country. Mr. Pirraglia has a duel Bachelors in Physiology and Neurobiology and an MBA from San Diego State University. This background, in addition to his lifelong restaurant operations and management experience, enables Michael to successfully oversee all business development and corporate strategy.Michael Romano – General Manager, Construction
Mr. Romano brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with over 50 years of service as a general contractor, licensed in New York, Florida and California. As Pasta Moto expands throughout California and across the United States, Michael will continue to play a key role in overseeing bids, proposals and construction progress relating to Pasta Moto build-outs.Julio Fuentes – Director of Operations
Mr. Fuentes has been in the restaurant industry for several years and has specific experience in the operations and management of multi-unit restaurants. Julio comes to Pasta Moto with an excellent sense and a wealth of experience in how to streamline operations, in the opening of locations, creating an organized and smooth environment , allowing employees to succeed, while they give the very best customer service. Julio is responsible for the operations of all Pasta Moto units.Board of Advisors

Our Advisors, each with over 25 years of industry-specific experience, are extremely knowledgeable in Italian cuisine, restaurant operations, all elements of legal advisory, retail leasing and negotiating, business-continuity, accounting and brand development.
